Dogs and cats are seen by appointment only. Due to nature of the practice, there
are no emergency appointments. Also, some flexibility in our time of arrival
for scheduled appointments is necessary. We attempt to see each patient on
time, but can either be slightly early or late depending on the location
and nature of appointments previous to yours. We will, of course, call in
case of great delay.
You should generally call several days in advance to schedule appointments. If
you need to reschedule or cancel, 24 hours notice is required to prevent charges.

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We currently accept cash and personal check, and hope to accept credit cards in the near future. You are encouraged to discuss charges or request a written estimate before services are rendered.
